The Problem

A growing company relied on a fragmented set of legacy tools for business operations. The disconnected systems created data silos, required duplicate data entry, and couldn't support the expanding scope of the business. The development processes around the legacy codebase were slow and brittle.

The Solution

Led a team of 4 developers to build an integrated suite of web applications and services that replaced the legacy tools. Re-implemented core business logic with a modern Go and Vue.js stack, designed APIs for inter-service communication, and established CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery. The suite integrated into the company's larger ERP ecosystem.
